This policy explains what information Vental collects and how we use it. We collect only what we need to help you find or list a rental.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and name when you log in. We don't ask for anything else at login.
• Call-back requests: the phone number and preferred time you give us.
• Chats: the messages you send our team about a listing.
• Activity: which listings you contact us about (for example a WhatsApp or call click), the page you were on, and basic campaign information from the link you followed.
• Owners: the property details and photos you upload. Photo location data (EXIF) is removed automatically.

How we use it

• To log you in with a one-time code sent to your email.
• To reply to your enquiries and arrange visits.
• To review and publish property listings.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We don't sell your personal information. Owners' private phone numbers are never shown publicly.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Analytics, if enabled, are used only to understand how the site is used.

Your choices

You can update your name in your account, or ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us.
